“I suppose I should say at long last, ‘Mr. President, here is your Emmy,'” Baldwin said.
“If a company does business with or for P&G in China, and you are thinking about coming to the United States, why not pick the city you might know somebody at P&G already. It certainly makes it easier to network into businesses,” Cranley remarked.
桂林有些早泄,“I hope it does speak to a new era for Seattle,” Alberda said. “I hope it speaks to maybe an attitude that has been here for a while but maybe hasn’t been as prominent lately and that’s the sense of adventure, pushing for something new.”
“I can’t read their minds so I don’t know that but we are going to make a concerted effort to persuade them that this region is a good region for them,” he said. “If they choose Bellevue or Tacoma or Everett or even Spokane, Seattle still wins and our region remains strong. That’s going to be our focus, how do we make sure that Amazon not only realizes that this is a great region for them but that they’re willing to stay and we’ll make our best shot.”
“I found myself getting really anxious and stressed about Amazon work,” Raman said. “I decided it was now or never.” She was afraid that if she waited too long, she would eventually settle into Amazon.
“Amazon is an enigmatic company. It plays a huge role in the tech world and, increasingly, in the Seattle community.
